Just wanted to take a quick minute in between my classes to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. I won’t be around, managed to finagle a ride to see DJ’s grandmother. We haven’t seen her since we left, so it will be a really wonderful time for all of us.
So, I hope everyone’s Thanksgiving is all that you hoped it would be, I will be thinking of you all.
Also, please send out some good thoughts for me, I have my first final on Monday! Yikes.
You know, I don’t usually make a habit of looking down on someone else’s beliefs. That’s what they believe, and they must have their reasons. However, this really just goes beyond the top. Beliefs are fine and dandy, but don’t let them cloud your basic sense of human kindness and decency. Please.
How do I neglect thee?
Let me count the ways;
Dust grows on your MT,
Vines have overgrown your information
Visitors breathe stale air.
Ah well, I will merely
Hand out dustcloths
So you can dust off
What you want to see.
Yeah, yeah, not that great. Oh well, I have been so busy lately that I barely even remember that I HAVE a website. I DID manage to get around to adding a gallery <--- over there. There are a few glitches in it still, I need to resize all of the images so that they do not break up my layout at the larger size, but at the point, I feel like "It's there, and that's good enough for now."
Few good news things to share. So far, school is just past the mdterm point, and, out of 4 classes, my lowest grade so far has been a 90. :bubbles:
So, come on, everyone congratulate me. :LOL: Soon, I will be designing websites for big mucky-muck companies and making wads of money. (Hey, a girl can dream, can't she?)
My headaches have subsided a bit. It still rears its ugly head now and then, but on a much more bearable level. So that's a very good thing. I will be getting my second opinion within a few weeks, and hopefully that one wil be just as good as the first one.
I am attempting NaNoWriMo again this year. But umm…have I started anything? Nope. That’s OK, though, I just like the opportunity to get some of my creative juices flowing. So, you can wish me luck anyway.
Other than that, I really really really miss talking to my bestest friends and even other friends, and I wish I could talk to you all more often. But I am still here and thinking about you, and I love you, OK? :kissy: (And if I forgot anyone, it was only because I ran out of words. ) Although…some of you on my links page, I have lost….:(
