You know, before you give a friend the boot, you better make darn sure that that is what you want to do.
I did that once. Now I regret it. I miss that person. And when I attempted to reach out and reconcile, I got no response at all. Ouch. That was pretty mortifying. But, in retrospect, it was a lesson as well. I realize (once again – wasn’t this the reason all this happened in the first place?) that that person’s friendship was more important to me than mine was to them. So be it.
But still… next time I will make sure I mean it.

I hope everyone’s New year is going great so far. Mine is not so bad. School will be starting again next week, and even though I will be pulling 6 classes, I am really looking forward to it. Been spending lots of time getting prepared, since I have 3 (yes, that’s THREE) classes which will have to be done independently. *whew* BUT maybe that will make them all the better.
