Monday Mission 2.9
1. What domain names (if any) did you think up, only to find they had already been registered? Or, if you don’t have a domain, what’s stopping you?
Ohhhh…good question. Well, my very first domain was mylittlecorner.com, and I had that for 3 years. It is now defunct, I was offline for over 8 months at one point, and the renewal came up, and it just didn’t seem worth it to keep it going when I wasn’t sure when I would be back online. So, when I was thinking about domains again, a few I wanted were transparencies.com (Transparencies was what I called my blog at first…I might actually go back to that name…I chose it because I so often feel “invisible” in my own life, or transparent.) A few others were invisiblegirl.com/net, faeryrealms.com, and spidersilk.net. Luckily for me I didn’t have to search long, because the Wiccan section of my site has ALWAYS been called Magickal Musings, so it was a natural progression to try it as a domain name.
2. Name one of your favorite memories of dancing with someone (the person, the song, the feelings…)
Hrmmm…I haven’t danced with too many people in my life. But, notwithstanding our current problems, the first time I danced with Corey was at a wedding of a friend of his, and it was to “You Look Wonderful Tonight” (is that what it’s called?) I don’t really know. But I felt so warm and protected and HAPPY. I only wish we could bring those feelings back. :/
3. Any elderly relatives you should be visiting, you know, before it is too late?
Yes, actually. My grandparents are getting older (so hard for me to imagine), and I haven’t seen them in over 7 years (because I wasn’t talking to my mother, and my whole family lives down there in Maryland, and I guess I thought to myself that no one else would want contact with me if I wasn’t talking to HER), and I have heard that my grandfather has had a heart attack, and he now has prostate cancer, and that my grandmother isn’t doing that well either. So I really really need to take some time to go down there and visit them (and all the rest of my family) before it truly is too late.

Ummmm…..I think around 28 people are on my list currently. My username is ChocL8GiRL.
6. What is the longest you’ve had to hold it before you could get to a bathroom? What’s the story there?
Wow, good question. Probably close to an hour or so, only example I can think of right now is when I went on a trip with my grandparents and one of my aunts to West Virginia, and it wasn’t a long ride, so they wanted to get there as soon as possible without stopping, and I was only like 8, and I had to go SO bad, and they wouldn’t stop, so when we got to my Great-Uncle Charlie’s house, whom we were going to visit, I didn’t even wait to be introduced, as this was my first time seeing them, I just asked for the bathroom and RAN! LoL.
7. Describe the prefect date night.
Hmmmm…..well, I have never in my entire life been on a “real” date, so I can only imagine what that might be, but I guess thinking about it, I would say…going to an amusement park. Yes, really. I LOVE amusement parks. They are so much FUN! The rides are cozy and close and you can cling to the guy when they get crazy, you can share cotton candy and laugh and lick the sticky sweetness off of each other’s fingers, you can try to win each other prizes, and you can just walk around with fingers entwined, giggling madly.
